User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and XAUVA FASHION (A unit of kPSR Venture) and its affiliates. These terms govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all features, content, and services offered through them.

XAUVA FASHION provides custom manufacturing services through our platform:

• Design Upload: Upload CAD files or images to visualize rendered versions of your products
• Custom Manufacturing: We manufacture your designs according to specifications you select
• Bulk Orders: Place orders for custom apparel, uniforms, bags, and promotional products
• PAN India Delivery: We ship finished products to your designated location

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services
• Account registration requires accurate identification and contact information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• We reserve the right to deny service to any individual or entity
• You can request account deletion at any time

To place an order, follow these steps:

• Design Upload: Upload your design file (CAD or image) to visualize the product
• Material Selection: Choose the material for your product manufacturing
• Manufacturing Process: Select the production technique for your design
• Quantity: Specify the number of units you want manufactured
• Delivery Details: Provide shipping address and delivery information
• Payment: Complete payment through our secure payment gateway

• Product Warranty: Products will meet the specifications indicated within manufacturing constraints
• 7-Day Inspection: Report any defects within 7 days of receiving your order
• Claim Process: Contact customer service before returning any defective products
• Free Return Shipping: We cover shipping costs for valid warranty claims
• Refund Timeline: Refunds processed within 3 days, credited within 7 business days

When you upload designs or content to our platform:

• Content Standards: Content must not be illegal, offensive, or infringe on intellectual property rights
• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your original designs
• License Grant: You grant us license to manufacture products based on your designs
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload
• Originality: You warrant that designs are original and not copied from third parties

• Your Designs: You retain all intellectual property rights in your original designs
• Our Platform: Website content, software, and branding are protected by copyright
• No Automated Harvesting: Do not use bots or automated tools to extract content
• Derivative Works: 3D renders of your designs are considered derivative works owned by you

• Data Collection: We collect necessary information for order processing and communication
• Data Usage: Your data is used solely for service delivery and improvement
• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Your Rights: You can access, rectify, or delete your personal data upon request
• Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery

• Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, net banking, and bank transfers accepted
• Pricing: Prices include service fees, materials, GST, and shipping (excluding import duties)
• Currency: All transactions in INR; currency conversion fees may apply for international cards
• Billing Accuracy: Keep your billing information up to date
• Payment Errors: We reserve the right to correct any billing errors

• Services provided on "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service
• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Not responsible for losses due to viruses, technical issues, or third-party services
• Direct damages limited to amount paid for the specific service

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties.
